Payment Terms

 

For Customers:

Upon approval of a credit application, Dynamic Telecom offers net 30 terms to our customers only. To help streamline the payment process for our customers, we offer PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. We can also provide you with the information to make automatic electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments.

For Vendors:

Dynamic Telecom offers net 10 terms to our vendors. Upon approval of a credit application, Dynamic Telecom offers net 30 terms. To help streamline the payment process for our vendors, we offer COD, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. We can also provide you with the information to make automatic electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments.

Warranty Information

Although uncommon, sometimes parts fail. Therefore, all refurbished hardware sold by Dynamic Telecommunications, Inc. is backed with a two-year warranty unless otherwise noted. See more information in our Return Policy for more information.

 

In the unlikely event that a piece of NEW equipment is determined to be defective within the first 30 days of receipt, Dynamic Telecom will promptly ship a replacement. After the first 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will be honored. 

A list of manufacturers, their contact information, and warranty periods is provided below. All returned items must include bags, cables, cords and manuals. Returns must be packaged with comparable high standards that they were received from Dynamic Telecommunications (original boxes and packaging is not required but may be used). Before items are shipped to Dynamic Telecom please include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to request an RMA (returned merchandise authorization).

Some items are backed with a two-year manufacturers' warranty. Every item sold or repaired receives a unique Dynamic Telecom serial number and is tracked in our computerized system, which allows us to monitor the warranty period for each product.
 

 

Returns

Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMA's), for goods damaged or defective (refurbished or new/unused/out-of-box), are issued by phone, fax or e-mail. Please include the RMA numbers on the return label of each carton of merchandise returned; if the RMA number is not included the shipment may be refused and returned. Dynamic Telecom must receive returns within the period set forth in the RMA; all defective equipment must be packaged with comparable high standards that they were received from Dynamic Telecom (original boxes and packaging is not required but may be used). RMAs may not be issued and returns may NOT be accepted for merchandise not currently stocked or which were special ordered. In these rare instances, merchandise credit will be issued.

In Stock items are subject to 10% of the invoice amount. Order refusal or cancellations will be charged for shipping and handling fees, plus 15% of the invoice amount.

 

Shipping

Dynamic Telecom can ship your order via UPS or FEDEX, overnight or economical ground service. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt. If not, you will be notified by your sales representative and given a projected ship date for your order. For your convenience, charges for shipping are prepaid and added to your invoice. You will only be invoiced for the equipment we have shipped.
